These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and UAB Ocoya (“Pixy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Pixy, you agree to these terms.
1. The Pixy service
Pixy provides browser-based visual design, templates, AI-assisted editing, image generation and rendering, automation APIs, embedded editing, collaboration, storage, and related services. Features and limits may vary by plan and may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that workspace members and people using your integrations comply with these terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Pixy. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Pixy and provide the features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and submit your content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Pixy to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; gain unauthorized access; abuse APIs; create deceptive or harmful content; or use outputs in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.
5. Third-party services and AI features
Pixy may interoperate with third-party services. Their terms may apply to your use of those services. AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are appropriate and lawful for your use.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing period shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change prices with advance notice applicable to a future billing period.
7. Intellectual property
Pixy and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and other service materials are owned by UAB Ocoya or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pixy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the service. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Pixy is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAB Ocoya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
