Pixy Cookie Policy

What Pixy stores in your browser, why, and how to turn it off.

Effective September 1, 2026UAB Ocoya

UAB Ocoya (“Pixy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Pixy. Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser; similar technologies such as local storage work the same way, and this policy covers them too. It applies to www.pixy.art and the Pixy app at app.pixy.art. The Pixy API is authenticated with API keys and sets no cookies.

1. The categories we use

Strictly necessary. Sign-in and session security. The app cannot work without them, so they are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure service rather than on consent.

Preference. Remembering choices so you do not have to make them again.

Analytics. Measuring how the site and app are used, in aggregate, so we can improve them.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell what we measure.

2. The cookies we set

better-auth.session_token — Strictly necessary. Keeps you signed in to the Pixy app. Duration: 7 days, renewed while you use Pixy.

better-auth.last_used_login_method — Preference. Remembers how you last signed in so the sign-in page can highlight it. Duration: 30 days.

mp_*_mixpanel — Analytics. Measures which features of the Pixy app are used, so we know what to improve. Duration: 12 months.

_ga, _ga_* — Analytics. Counts visits to www.pixy.art and which pages they reach (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager). Duration: 2 years.

On secure connections, sign-in cookie names may carry a __Secure- prefix.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers acting on our behalf: Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) on www.pixy.art, and Mixpanel in the app. If you sign in with Google, Google’s own cookies apply on Google’s pages. Payments are handled on Stripe’s checkout pages, where Stripe’s cookie policy applies.

4. Managing your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; every major browser documents this under “Privacy” or “Site data.” Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in to the Pixy app. Blocking analytics or preference cookies does not affect your use of Pixy. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and its effective date.
