UAB Ocoya (“Pixy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Pixy, available at www.pixy.art and related Pixy services. This policy applies to visitors, account holders, and people who use Pixy through an embedded experience or API.
1. Information we collect
Account information. We collect your name, email address, profile image, login method, authentication records, and workspace membership. If you sign in with Google, the specific Google data we receive is described in Section 3.
Content and service data. We process designs, templates, images, fonts, brand assets, prompts, API requests, embed settings, exports, and other content you submit or create so Pixy can provide the features you request.
Billing and transaction data. Our payment processor handles payment-card details. We receive associated billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, usage, and transaction records.
Technical and usage data. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages and features used, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, diagnostic logs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Communications. We collect information you send when you contact support, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Pixy; authenticate users; create and administer accounts and workspaces; save, edit, generate, render, and deliver designs; operate APIs and embedded editors; process payments; provide support; send transactional messages; monitor reliability and prevent fraud; understand and improve product use; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Pixy, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Google user data
Data accessed. When you choose “Continue with Google,” Pixy receives your Google account identifier and basic profile information made available for authentication: your name, email address, email-verification status, and profile image. Pixy does not request access through this sign-in flow to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or files and content stored in other Google products.
How it is used. We use this data only to authenticate you, create or link your Pixy account, display your account profile, protect against unauthorized access, and provide account-related support.
Sharing and disclosure. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers. We disclose it only to service providers that process it on our behalf to operate or secure Pixy, when you direct us to do so, as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections, or when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Retention and deletion. We retain Google profile data while your Pixy account is active and only as long afterward as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request account and Google-derived data deletion using the process in Section 9. You may also revoke Pixy’s access from your Google Account connections.
Pixy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. When we share information
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, content-delivery, authentication, analytics, customer-support, email, AI-processing, and payment providers that help us operate Pixy under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Depending on the feature you choose, these providers may include Google, Stripe, Mixpanel, OpenAI, Replicate, and our hosting and storage providers.
We may also share information with members of your workspace according to your settings; when you publish a public design or use an embed or API configured for another service; to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
Pixy uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, measure performance, and understand feature usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent authentication or other features from working.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Pixy, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication controls, monitoring, backups, and service-provider reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
We are based in the European Union and use providers in multiple countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use recognized safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your Pixy account and associated personal data, email support@pixy.art from the email address connected to your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We will confirm receipt, may verify your identity, and will delete or anonymize covered data unless retention is required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legitimate business records.
10. Children
Pixy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Pixy, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
